1. According to Hurun Global Rich List 2019, Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani has broken into the top 10 richest list globally. Amazon chief Jeff Bezos has topped this list.

2. DRDO successfully test fired indigenously developed Quick Reach Surface-to-Air missiles (QRSAMs) from ITR Chandipur, off the Odisha Coast.

3. As part of the ongoing India Bangladesh defence cooperation, a joint military exercise Sampriti-2019 will be conducted at Tangail, Bangladesh from 02 March to 15 March 2019. Exercise Sampriti-2019 is an important bilateral defence cooperation endeavour between India and Bangladesh and this will be the eighth edition of the exercise.

9. Health Minister J P Nadda has inaugurated the Fourth Global Digital Health Partnership Summit in New Delhi.
